Change YouTube Comments Language

So in 2020/21 YouTube added comment translating feature. With using that feature viewer's can translate any language comment in english or in there own language.

But YouTube always Translate Comments in English by Default

But From few weeks or for someone from few months 

YouTube translating comments into viewers own/tongue language

So now question is how we gonna fix this issue 

For fix 

1. We need to change the language from android srttings 

2. We need to change the language from Google Settings 

3. We need to clear our YouTube History (Yup we need to clear it because of youtube algorithm in nutshell youtube detected that your favorable language by your history and location thats why)

4. We need to clear our location ( thats optional )

Because there is no way we can change the language settings of youtube comments directly so thats why we need to go by hard way
